Please see the attached letter from Mr. Fitzgerald regarding recent bear activity in the area as students prepare to return to school.

Red Lodge Schools will be utilizing a new testing program for the Pre Season Concussion testing on Thursday called Sway. If possible, every attendee please bring their cellphone and the testing will take place in the gym. All incoming Freshman, Juniors, New/Transfer, or diagnosed with a concussion in the last year. Complete the baseline testing for concussions. Sway Baseline Testing Steps required to complete Sway testing: · Baseline testing will require the use of a mobile device (android or iPhone) to download the Sway app from the Apple Store or Google Play. Red Lodge Fundraising Golf Tournament will be on Saturday August 15th with a shotgun start at 9:00 am sign in will begin at 8:00 am. Mulligans will be for purchase with every mulligan purchased being entered into a 50/50 drawing. Spots are limited. Lunch is provided following the round.

Tuesday August 11 9:00 am-5:00 pm in the Red Lodge High School Commons. The cost is $25.00 with Beartooth Clinic donating that back to the school.

The start of fall sports is quickly approaching here are couple important dates to put on your calendars as we get into August.

Thursday August 13th 2:30 pm (High School Mac Lab) - ImPact Testing for all 9th Graders, 11th Graders, New Student-Athletes, and anyone that had a concussion in the past school year.

Thursday August 13th 5:30 pm (High School Gym) - High School Fall Player/Parent Meeting - paperwork and sports physicals are turned in and Mr. White will talk followed by the individual fall sports meetings.

Friday August 14th - First Day of High School Fall Sports - please connect to the appropriate SportsYou Account to stay up to date with practice times

First practices/equipment check out for 7/8 Football, 7/8 VB, and Middle School Cross Country will take place following the meeting.

Wednesday August 26th - First Day of School for Students as well as First day of 5/6 Football and 5/6 Volleyball.
